We start with a discovery session in which we get to know you and your need so that Refine understands your challenge and can begin assembling a team to address it. 

Once the team is in place, we will have another meeting of introductions and more exploration so a plan can be developed. 

During the development stage our subject matter experts will be working collaboratively with you and your team to ensure we are headed down the right path. 

Next, an actionable, results driven growth plan is created.  Refine will help you, by coaching as well as implementing the plan.  We are involved each step of the way, to the degree you desire, as an extension of your team.

Refine works collaboratively with your team to lead or assist with projects you have earmarked.
